I give notice that Miss Veronique Bensadou, Grundon Waste Management, Grange Lane, Beenham, Reading, RG7 5PY is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Section 73A application to continue the development of planning permission 17/01503/CM (application reference MW.0056/17) for the relocation of offices, depot with vehicle workshop and overnight parking, an extension to the existing waste transfer building, and the development of a materials recovery facility with storage and processing facilities for recovered material and refuse derived fuel, without complying with conditions 1, 6, 17 and 20 in order to allow for the permanent retention of the temporary weighbridge and weighbridge office, and to regularise the 'as-built' layout of the site (partly retrospective) at Land off Thorpe Way, Collett Road, Banbury, OX16 4AJ.
