NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTIONS 257 AND 261 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 The Oxfordshire County Council Finmere Bridleway No. 7 (Part) Public Path Temporary Diversion Order 2019 The Order, made on 4th November 2019, if confirmed as made will temporarily divert until 30th September 2031 a 588m length of Finmere Br 7 from the dismantled railway running through Finmere Quarry (OS Grid Ref SP 6269 3194), past Finmere Plantation to join Finmere Br 6 at SP 6309 3228 to a line running from the same point at the railway (SP 6269 3194) around the south-western, southern and eastern boundaries of the working quarry to re-join Finmere Br 6 at SP 6309 3228 as shown on the Order map.

Copies of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX11ND, at the price of £3.50 per Order. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND not later than 13th December 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. The County Council will consider all correspondence received in response to this Notice of the Order making. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
