NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257/261 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14
Public Path Diversion Order Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257/261 The Oxfordshire County Council Finmere Bridleway No.4 (Part) Public Path Temporary Diversion Order 2019 The above Order was made on 4th November 2019. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily divert until 6th January 2032 832m of Finmere Bridleway No.4 that runs from Widmore Farm at OS Grid Ref SP 6219 3249 east-north-eastwards directly across the Finmere Quarry and Landfill site to SP 6293 3283 to the south of the A421 to a line running for 1,129m from Widmore Farm at OS Grid Ref SP 6219 3249 north-northeastwards along the farm's track to SP 6226 3274, east-south-eastwards immediately to the north of the quarry, eastwards along the toe of the landfill site and then northwards to SP 6293 3283 where it re-joins the existing bridleway as shown on the Order map.

Copies of the Order, the Order map and an explanatory statement may be purchased from Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX11ND, at the price of £3.50 per Order. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Principal Officer, Oxfordshire County Council, Countryside Records, County Hall, New Road, Oxford OX1 1ND not later than 13th December 2019. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Oxfordshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. The County Council will consider all correspondence received in response to this Notice of the Order making. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
