STATEMENT OF REPRESENTATIONS PROCEDUREAND FACT
Cherwell District Council is seeking comments on Proposed Main Modifications to the Partial Review of the Cherwell Local Plan. These comprise the Schedule of Proposed Main Modifications, and its supporting documents. The Main Modifications are those that the Inspector examining the plan has identified as may be necessary in order for the Local Plan to be found'sound'. The Inspector's final conclusions will be given in his Report in due course. The Council is also publishing a Schedule of Proposed Minor Modifications for information purposes only. It is considered that these Minor Modifications, if implemented, would not materially affect the plan's policies. They have generally been made to address typographical errors, presentational improvements, or provide factual updates.
It is important to note that this is not a consultation on the plan as a whole. Representations are only invited on the Main Modifications proposed. Please do not repeat or re-submit previous representations on the plan as these have already been considered. The following documents are available for inspection and comment from 9.00am Friday 8 November 2019 until 11.59pm Friday 20 December 2019.
1. The Schedule of Proposed Modifications which the Council proposes to submit to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.
