CANADA international Dan Moor is enjoying every minute of student rugby with Oxford University.

The 27-year-old, who has made 15 Test appearances, starts at outside centre today as the Dark Blues take on Cambridge University at Twickenham.

Moor, who is studying a master of business administration degree at Christ Church College, has played a major role in Oxford’s warm-up fixtures, featuring in eight of their ten games.

The back, whose most recent international cap came in Canada’s defeat to Maori All Blacks last month, is relishing the chance to become the latest active international to play in a Varsity Match.

He said: “It’s nice to have a week off and no books to be hitting while I’m away with the Canada team.

“But this is a really special environment.

“Obviously international rugby is special and I don’t think you can ever replicate that feeling of pulling on a jersey for your country.

“But Oxford is a really special rugby place and the lads here are amazing.

“So it’s great to get the best of both worlds.”
