THREE-TIME Oxfordshire Shield winners Blue Boar set off on their tour of Ireland today.
The Longworth-based side, who play mainly friendlies, will face Bandon RFC and Clonakilty while in County Cork.
Fifty people, including players and spectators will make the trip, which was funded by a number of sponsors, including Brakspears.
The tour lasts for four days, with the Bandon match taking place tonight (7.30), before they face Clonakilty on Saturday (2).
