Alfie Potter
DON’T worry, Alfie Potter wasn’t the victim of a training ground prank yesterday, it was for his own good.
The wheelie bin was being used as an ice bath to help the players recover from tough pre-season sessions.
The 23-year-old winger said: “My legs were feeling very stiff, so I needed it – our physio Andy Lord saw a study which said 20 minutes is ideal.
“I didn’t quite enjoy it, but it’ll be worth it if I feel better.”

Cox is an attacking midfield players only played a handful of games and got injured and No he didnt fall out with Di Canio as some of your other fans are saying the reason he hasnt been given a sqaud number is we have brought in proven L1 players. If he's fit he will be a good player.
Your almost like our reserve side all these players we keep loaning you as it was Kerrouche last season but you only started him in one game and a couple sub appearences and to me Wilder wasted his opportunity with Kerrouche as he is a good player.

I see were helping you out again by loaning Lee Cox and by the way all your fans on your forum nearly always get their facts wrong about wages we pay and fees we pay according to you lot we paid alot of money for Cox last season well if you think 50k is alot of money then only you lot understand that.

I'd rather we pay a specialist a lot of money and he spends a little on equipment we do need than pay an idiot little money and he spends a lot on equipment we don't.
However I'd also like to think this is subconscious encouragement 'play well for us or you'll end up living in one of these!'
