OXFORD United's FA Cup first round tie at Merstham next month will be screened live on BT Sport.
The clash at Moatside has been moved to a 12.30pm kick-off on Saturday, November 5.
United will receive a broadcast fee £67,500 as a result of the decision.
Ticket details are yet to be announced, but it is expected they will go on sale next week.
Almost 100 positions in the football pyramid separate Oxford United with Merstham, who are 15th in the Ryman Premier Division.
And head coach Michael Appleton admitted like many fans his first response after the draw was to find out where the Surrey club were located.
He said: "I didn't know where they were from.
"It’s a fantastic tie for them, it’s a massive opportunity for a side in the lower leagues to play a side in the third tier and try to create a shock.
"We’ve just got to make sure we go into the game in the right frame of mind and produce on the day."
Eastleigh's home game with Swindon Town will be shown on BBC1 on the Friday night, while Fleetwood Town's short trip to Southport is the Monday evening fixture on BT Sport.
