THE battle to get into Oxford United’s matchday squad today is at the most fierce of the season as they gear up to face Swindon Town.
Ryan Ledson, Tyler Roberts and Benji Buchel have returned from international duty to supplement the side which beat Rochdale 1-0 a week ago, while Aaron Martin is available after missing two games for personal reasons.
U’s assistant head coach Chris Allen said: “It’s a great thing to have a selection headache rather than the team picking itself, so these are good times.”
Jon Obika and Raphael Rossi Branco could return for Swindon after groin injuries, but Yaser Kasim is a doubt after picking up a knock while on international duty for Iraq.
