Oxford United will be at home to Sky Bet League Two rivals Tranmere Rovers in the FA Cup second round on the weekend of December 5-8.
The U's were the first ball out in the draw made at the National Football Museum, Manchester, with Oxford-based Martin Keown pulling out the away teams.
United beat Tranmere 2-0 in their league meeting three weeks ago.
