BANBURY United made it three straight victories with a 4-0 home win over Cinderford Town.
Ricky Johnson (2), Conor McDonagh and Andy Gunn scored as the Puritans all but sealed the points in a dominant first-half display.
It took just 12 seconds for Banbury to take the lead in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division clash.
Johnson flicked on goalkeeper Jack Harding’s long kick upfield for McDonagh to race through and slot home past Cinderford stopper Cameron Clarke.
Gunn and McDonagh were both denied by Clarke as the home side went in search of a second.
Two goals in the space of as many minutes killed the game off before the break.
Johnson fired home a Callum White cross from close range on 25 minutes, before Gunn headed home after Luke Carnell had nodded Zac McEachran’s free-kick across goal.
Banbury controlled proceedings in the second half and former Oxford City player Martin Asidue Ofosu thought he had marked his debut with a goal, but was denied by the offside flag.
Their fourth arrived two minutes into stoppage time when Johnson headed home a McEachran free-kick.
