OXFORD United Women's pair Riva Casley and Ellie Noble have been selected for a training camp with England's under 18s.

The duo will meet up with the rest of the squad at St George's Park, Burton for a three-day get-together from July 11.

Noble, who has not been called up before, said: "I'm really proud to receive an England call up along with Riva, as it has been something that we've both worked really hard for and something I have dreamed of since I was young.

"It is a great feeling for me and I can't wait to go as it will be a great experience.”

Casley said: “I'm extremely proud to be called up to England again.

"In order for me to keep fulfilling this dream, you realise how much the sacrifices are worth it.

"I'm also extremely happy for Ellie, with her first call up.”

U's boss Andy Cook said: "I'm lucky that I have the chance to work with players of Ellie and Riva's quality.

“The challenge now for both Riva and Ellie is they now have to maintain standards, I'm more than confident they will both exceed expectations though."
