Didcot Town boss Andy Wallbridge will be looking to avenge last month’s derby defeat by North Leigh when the sides go head-to-head in the FA Cup first qualifying round at the Draycott Engineering Loop Meadow Stadium tomorrow.

And he hopes their former Millers’ striker John Mills can help them do it.

North Leigh won 2-1 at Eynsham Park on Bank Holiday Monday, but Wallbridge felt they deserved more.

“We’re looking forward to it,” said Wallbridge.

“It’s a chance to get one over them because we felt a bit hard done by.

“I want it to be level at 90 minutes and for Mills to come on and score the 95th-minute winner. That would be nice.” North Leigh manager Mark Gee added: “Although we beat them 2-1 at our place, it was a very tight game and they now have Mills.

“Andy (Wallbridge) asked me if we had anyone available and I agreed as John has not been part of our plans.

“He’s a quality finisher, the best in the county, but we’ll be concentrating on their team not just him.”

The Millers are without the unavailable Wayne Turk and Jon Else, while Jamie Heapy (knee), Sam Elkins (ankle) miss out for Didcot.

Joel Meade (ribs) faces a late test, while teenage keeper Keiran Beesley is likely to keep his place at the expense of Gareth Tucker. Banbury United boss Edwin Stein has told his players not to take victory for granted at home to Division 1 South & West outfit Cirencester Town.

Although Banbury are tenth in the league above, Stein expects a tough challenge.

“We’re not taking a win as a given,” said Stein.

“They are going well in their league and will be confident.

“We have to make sure that we go there with the right attitude and if we put in 100 per cent effort we can win.”

Banbury are without Adeyinka Talabi (ankle injury), so former Tottenham youngster Kyle Fraser-Allen gets a chance to impress.
