Luke O’Brien has signed a deal which will keep him at Oxford United until the end of the season.

The left back’s contract expired last week, but he will now remain with the squad for the rest of the campaign as cover for Liam Davis, who is out for a month with a hamstring injury.

O’Brien has made ten appearances for the U's since signing in September.

Luke i like, but as for Liam Davis and all this supposed money we have spent copying Wigan's model how come he always has a hamstring injury, last season he was awesome at left back, this season a liability.
