  • Julie McCaffrey, 45, of Caldecott Close, Abingdon, convicted of assault and criminal damage to a car on April 16 in Abingdon. Community order made. Told to pay £350 compensation and £200 costs.

 

  • Casey Scott, 23, of Winterbourne Close, Bicester, admitted shoplifting four pots of Haagen-Dazs ice cream worth £23 from Tesco in Holm Square, Bicester. Given a two year conditional discharge, told to pay £23 compensation and £40 costs.
     
  • Nicholas McGowan, 37, of Harts Close, Kidlington, admitted driving without care and attention in Kidlington on December 3 last year. Fined £200, £200 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
     
  • Terrance Bilverstone, 36, of Hawksmoor Road, Cutteslowe, Oxford, admitted stealing four packets of Nicorette nasal spray worth £85.96 from Boots in Oxford on September 7. Also admitted shoplifting 10 boxes of fragrances worth £406.50 from Debenhams in Oxford on August 11. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison.
     
  • Michael Vallier, 49, of Jane Seaman Court, Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Oxford on September 6. Fined £110 and £15 victims’ surcharge.
     
  • Elizabeth Monger, 26 of Astley Road, Thame, admitted drink-driving in Cherry Tree Road, Chinnor, on August 25. Had 79 micrograms of breath in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £500, £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, and banned from driving for 18 months.
     
  • Korine Forbes, 21, of Fairacres Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Bonn Square, Oxford, on August 31. Fined £75, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
     
  • Dorotea Bonoura, 33, of Earls Court Place, Watlington, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty and using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, on August 26 in Thame. Fined £80, £70 compensation, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
     
  • Joshua Bedford, 23, of Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay, admitted possession of cannabis in Sutton Courtenay on August 3. Fined £30, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
     
  • Benjamin Lordan, 22, of Cuddeson Way, Oxford, admitted receiving a stolen bike worth £600 on August 29 in Sandy Lane West, Oxford, knowing or believing it to be stolen. Fined £120, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
     
  • Kyle McKenzie, 20 of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted harassment by sending a vast number of text messages between June 25 and July 9 in Abingdon. Given a curfew for one month, a restraining order, and told to pay £85 costs.
     
  • Scott Fitzgerald, 20, of Alice Smith Square, Littlemore, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Oxford on March 21. Given a six month conditional discharge.
     
  • Samantha McDonagh, 22, of Samphire Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting £265.28 worth of cigarettes, food and alcohol, from Budgens in Monkston Park, Milton Keynes on February 18. Also admitted shoplifting make-up from Boots in Westcroft, Milton Keynes, on the same day. Community order with a one month curfew. Told to pay £85 costs.
     
  • Simon Staton, 20, of Marns Hey, Wantage, admitted possession of cannabis on July 25 in Wantage. Fined £45, £15 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
     
  • Parajit Hayers, 51, of Turner Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting groceries worth £115 from Tesco in Oxford Retail Park on September 2. Also admitted obstructing/ resisting a police constable in the execution of duty at the store on the same day. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Told to pay £85 costs.
     
  • Ben Houghton, 39, of Partridge Walk, Oxford, admitted possession of cocaine on June 11 at St Aldates Police Station, Oxford. Sent to prison for seven days.
     
  • Julie Evans, 48, of Pinnocks Way, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Pinnocks Way, Oxford, on September 4. Had 52 micrograms of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £100, £15 victims’s surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
     
  • Kayleigh Rowlands, 25, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, admitted shoplifting skin products from Boots in London Road, Headington, between May 5 and 21. Also admitted shoplifting two joints of beef worth £20.76 from Co-op in Banbury Road, Oxford, on September 17. Three other offences taken into account. Community order made with a drug rehabilitation requirement.

BANBURY

  • Michael Allen, 59, of Myers Way, Charlton, admitted drink-driving in George Street, Banbury, on July 15. Had 127 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 milligrams. Fined £110, £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, and banned from driving for three years.
     
  • Kyle Butler, 23, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted criminal damage to four garden sheds in Banbury on April 19. Conditional discharge for a year and £85 costs.Andrew Grant, 46, of MIlestone Road, Carterton, admitted possessing cannabis in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on August 21. Given a 12 month conditional discharge and told to pay £60 costs.
     
  • Gary Wickens, 30, of Leach Road, Bicester, convicted of stealing fuel worth £1,200 from Just Ask Estate Services in Begbroke between January 1 and January 31. Ordered to take drug rehabilitation, to pay £1,200 compensation and £50 costs.
     
  • Charlotte King, 31, of Hatch Way, Kirtlington, convicted of using a mobile phone while driving in Botley Road, Oxford, on September 4. Fined £400, £15 victims’ surcharge, £250 costs, and given three points on her licence.
     
  • Jake Steele, 19 of Holt Weer Close, Oxford, admitted possession of cannabis in Kidlington on June 14. Given a 12 month conditional discharge and told to pay £85 costs.
     
  • Lena Price, 18, of Bellenger Way, Kidlington, convicted of assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty on July 21 in Kidlington. Community order made to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the community. Told to pay £150 compensation and £200 costs.
