People convicted of offences at Banbury Magistrates' Court recently:
- Ryan Sinclair, 35, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, admitted driving while unfit through drugs in Station Road, Hook Norton, on November 27. Fined £300, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £150 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
- Leon Snelson, 28, of Sycamore Drive, Carterton, admitted assault by beating in Black Bourton Road, Carterton, on April 5. Given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for a year, with a year’s supervision and a 12-month ban from pubs. Also given 200 hours’ unpaid work. Told to pay £40 costs.
- Susan Warren, 49, of Jefferson Piece, Charlbury, admitted drink driving in Corn Street, Witney, on April 7. Had 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £130, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
