Daniel Hinton, 27, of Cherry Close, Kidlington, admitted drink driving in Yarnton Lane, Kidlington, on July 8. Had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Also admitted using a vehicle on a public road without insurance. Fined a total of £550 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £30 victims’ surcharge and a £150 courts charge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

April Major, 43, of Lucerne Avenue, Bicester, admitted racially-aggravated harassment or distress against another woman in Bicester on July 1. Fined £665 and told to pay a £67 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 courts charge.

Coran Bateman, 28, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, admitted stealing £35 worth of food from Bicester Co-op on March 22. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £35 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Kane, 30, of Old Parr Close, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on July 10. Fined £105 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge , £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Amy Morris, 25, of Cropredy, admitted stealing £16.80 worth of household items from Poundstretcher in Banbury on July 7, while subject to a conditional discharge made at Coventry and Warwickshire Magistrates’ Court for theft on April 12. Given a two-month prison sentence suspended for six months and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

Miles Oxlade, 28, of Winchester Close, Banbury, admitted possessing 0.48g of MMC, a Class B drug, in Warwick Road, Banbury, on December 27. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Avril Davis, 59, of Kent Close, Oxford, admitted drink driving in Witney Road, Brize Norton, on June 27. Had 93 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £260 and told to pay a £26 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Also banned from driving for 24 months.

Sorinel Mihai, 46, of Danesmoor, Banbury, admitted drink driving in North Bar Street, Banbury, on June 27. Had 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the legal limit of 35mcg. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 24 months.

Danielle Orwa, 25, of Orchard Way, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Milton Road, Bloxham, on June 27. Had 43 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal 35mcg limit. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Jason Griffiths, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted burgling a garden shed in Broad Close, Kidlington, on July 18 and stealing a mountain bike, five bottles of wine, a rucksack and other items worth a total of £500. Send to prison for 18 weeks and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Arthuras Raubickas, 26, of no fixed address, admitted using a vehicle on the M40 at Bicester without valid insurance on July 18. Fined £230 and ordered to pay a £23 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Abter Tinsa, 45, of Neithorpe Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Banbury on June 27. Given a community order requiring rehabilitation activity for 20 days and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

David Seager, 40, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted stealing four bottles of vodka, worth a total of £76, from Morrisons in Black Bourton Road, Carterton, on May 9. Also admitted possessing Buprenophine, a Class C drug, at Banbury Police Station later that day. Fined a total of £100 and ordered to pay a £180 criminal courts charge and a £20 victims’ surcharge .

Alan Young, 55, of Whites Lane, Radley, admitted speeding at 70mph in a 40mph zone in Boars Hill, Oxford, on September 22. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 14 days.

Simon Salaman, 23, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, admitted driving in Marcham Road, without a licence or valid insurance on August 17. Also admitted driving in Bridge Street in Abingdon without insurance on September 24. Fined a total of £300, ordered to pay £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.

Stefano Sordo, 43, of Cotswold Road, Cumnor Hill, Oxford, admitted speeding at 61mph in a 30mph zone in Stratford Road, Buckingham, on September 6. Fined £800, ordered to pay an £80 and banned from driving for 60 days.

Ashley King, 21, of Parklands, Banbury, admitted stealing £5 worth of food from Morrisons, Banbury, on February 21. Also admitted stealing a darts scoring machine worth £300 belonging to The Musketeer pub in Banbury, on November 16. Also admitted damaging a caravan window worth £163.70 in Banbury on February 25. Sent to prison for 14 days and ordered to pay £300 compensation and an £80 victims’ surcharge.
