TRAIN ticketing machine and departure board information glitches are causing problems for rail travellers this morning.

First Great Western has reported problems with its advanced purchased ticket machines and booking offices meaning customers can’t print their pre-booked tickets.

They are advising customers to bring proof they have bought the ticket instead, and also to allow extra time to show them to staff at the barriers.

The real time departure information boards and train apps are also showing trains to be delayed when they are not.
