Men in court on scrap metal charges

Men charged after police raids on Smiths of Bloxham scrapyard appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday.
Peter Smith, 68, and Tommy Smith, 36, both of Bloxham Road, Bloxham, Joey Smith, 23, of Milton Road, Adderbury, Henry Penfold, 21, of Tadmarton Road, Bloxham, and Matthew Miles, 25, of Main Street, Great Bourton, face charges of attempting to acquire and also conceal criminal property.
They are due to appear in court again on March 25.
