James Gerald Cimiskey, 38, of Wheatfields, Didcot, admitted knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely diesel fuel, was required or expected from him, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £30.01 at Broadway Service Station, Wantage Road, Didcot on January 5 2017. Fined £266. Ordered to pay compensation of £30.01, a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Dean Ashley Russell, 31, of The Park, Harwell, Didcot, admitted, without lawful excuse, damaged the bodywork of a silver Ford Galaxy car to the value of £250 belonging to Ashley Webster intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on October 1 2016 in Harwell. Fined £80. Ordered to pay £200 in compensation and costs of £85.

Norbert Ireneusz Sleczka, 29, of Nixon Road, Oxford, admitted having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Oxford Wine Cafe, stole therein a jacket to the value unknown and spirits and cash to the value of £570 on August 29 2016 in Little Clarendon Street, Oxford. Fined £600. Ordered to pay compensation of £570 and costs of £85.

Nathan Lee Strong, 35, Kingfisher Drive, Witney, admitted possessing 6.71g of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in Carterton on November 27 2016. Also admitted possessing 3.20g of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B on the same date in the same location. Fined £240. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Cocaine to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed by Thames Valley Police. Kenny Ian Pinkstone, 29, of Kynaston Road, Didcot, admitted without reasonable excuse, attempted to contact a woman on January 12 2017 in North Road, Didcot, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order which had been imposed by Oxford County Court. Also admitted a second charge for the same offence of harassment, breach of a restraining order on conviction for the same person and location, but on January 15 2017. Conviction of an offence a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on July 15 2016 for an offence of using threatening, abusive, insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence is in now force. Sentenced to prison for 6 weeks suspended for 24 months concurrent for all offences. Defendant must comply with a programme requirement for 31 days and carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120.

Rimvy Mazeika, 19, of Druce Way, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on February 23 2016 by failing without reasonable excuse to attend for unpaid work on January 22 2017 and January 29 2017. Original offence in respect of which a community order was made on February 23 2016 revoked. Original offence was on June 8 2015 at Heyford Hill Lane, Sandford on Thames, Oxford. Mazeika dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a red Citroen of a value unknown, by or for the benefit of himself and Sane Helliwell, Kane Jones and Owen Maughan or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Sentenced to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Carl Henry Martin McDonald, 44, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on August 1 2016 by failing to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on August 17 2916 and September 29 2016. Original offence in respect of community order was at Blackfriars Priory, St Giles, Oxford, having entered as a trespasser, stolen a charity box containing cash of a value unknown. Community order made by Oxfordshire Magistrates' Court on August 1 2016 revoked. Community order made. Defendant must comply with the following requirements: Be under curfew for 21 days. McDonald to remain at O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford between the hours of 7pm and 7am on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Karl Finn, 42, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two bottles of whiskey worth a total of £48 from Tesco Metro in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on April 13. Sent to prison for six weeks because of previous convictions for similar matters. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Wesley Jacob, 39, of Windmill Road, Headington, admitted stealing £54.39 worth of meat from Sainsbury’s in the Westgate, Oxford, on April 3. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence for theft. Sent to prison for 42 days because the offending was ‘so serious’ and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Jose Phillips, 55, of Scrutton Close, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on Cowley Road on April 14. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 surcharge and £40 costs.

Danny Webb, 33, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a selection of meat and cleaning products worth a total of £190.01 from Tesco Express on Ilges Lane, Cholsey, on April 14. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £190.01 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

Marianne O’Donnell, 33, of Brook Street, Benson, Wallingford, admitted drink-driving on Simmons Road, Henley-on-Thames, on March 25. Had 99mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months, pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for 36 months.

Charlotte Perry, 26, of Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on Marcham Road, Abingdon, on March 26. Had 104mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next year, pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 24 months.
