Zulqarnan Tasharraf, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted driving whilst disqualified in Cowley, Oxford, on May 9 last year. Also admitted wilfully obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty on the same date. Also admitted driving without third party insurance. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Chiwoniso Peter Bikishoni, 20, of Goose Green Close, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on January 10. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed a 20-month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Steven Rushmer, 52, of Northway, Headington, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Beeline Bicycles, Cowley Road, Oxford, on February 9. Fined £85 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Chelsea Green, 19, of Brunstock Beck, Didcot, admitted driving whilst disqualified on the A34 and A4130 on December 6 last year. Also admitted driving without third party insurance. Handed an eight-week sentence, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Given a 24-month driving ban.

Sean Conway, 28, of Sturges Close, Oxford, admitted stealing £5,600 from Boots, in Oxford, between January 1 and April 11 last year. Handed a community order, with a 240-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £5,000 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge.

Sean Jones, 54, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting Hannah Beckett by beating her in Speedwell Street, Oxford, on September 4 last year. Also admitted assaulting her in Oxford on October 17 last year. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on December 1 last year. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause someone harassment, alarm or distress, at O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, on December 25 last year. Also admitted assaulting two constables in the execution of their duty in St Aldates, Oxford, on December 25 last year. Also admitted assaulting Balazs Komjati by beating him in Cafe Loco, St Aldates, Oxford, on January 25. Handed an eight-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a 12-month alcohol treatment requirement. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Alfredo Elias Diaz Sal, 29, of Spencer Crescent, Oxford admitted drink-driving in Worcester Street, Oxford, on January 24. Had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Gyorgy Nemes, 31, of Pebble Drive, Didcot, was convicted of assaulting Hana Richterova by beating her in Didcot on November 30 last year. Also admitted assaulting Martin Strnad by beating him in Didcot on the same date. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £500 costs.

Leolinha Chung, 35, of Acre Close, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence on the M6 in Staffordshire on June 7. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £20 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Harriet Richards, 56, of Aldous Drive, Bloxham, was convicted of driving without a licence or insurance on Aldous Drive in Banbury on June 14. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Mark Stocker, 47, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance on the A4144 Woodstock Road in Oxford on February 28. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Laura Vaulter, 29, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place namely Paradise Street, Oxford, on January 26. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

Stefan Wesley, 28, of Launton Road, Stratton Audley, near Bicester, admitted driving on Corn Street, Witney, without insurance, and without wearing a seat belt on May 1, 2016. Fined £461 and ordered to pay a £46 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
