The A34 Northbound has now been cleared after a crash at about 2pm today.
The incident took place at High Street, East Ilsley, within a mile of the site of a horror crash last week in which mother Tracy Houghton and her three children were killed.
South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said two ambulances and two officers were called to the scene at 2.12pm but were not needed.
Police were called at 2.10pm and stood down at 4pm while Highways England removed the vehicles from the carriageway.
