Jack Barratt, 34, of McKeevor Place, Banbury, admitted possessing 3.04 grams of mephedrone, a Class B drug, and a quantity of cannabis, also a Class B drug, in McKeevor Place on May 1. James Massie, 69, of Foscot near Chipping Norton, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of being on the sex offenders register by failing to notify police of a change of address within three days. Sabrina Sells, 31, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Bridge Street, Banbury, on June 3. Also admitted stealing £56.04 worth of DVDs and alcohol from Co-op in Bicester on March 16 and a Playstation 4 game worth £44 from Tesco in Kidlington on March 25. Also admitted committing offences while subject to a community order made at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on September 22 for possession of a blade in public. Given a community order requiring six months of drug rehabilitation treatment and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge, £40 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Also ordered to pay £56.04 compensation to Co-op.
