David Green
Former Conservative Cherwell District Councillor for Sibford, David Green, of Lower Tadmarton, has died.
He was on the council from 1986 until 2002.
Cherwell’s deputy leader, George Reynolds, said: “David was passionate about representing his electors and made sure that they were well represented, especially on the north area planning committee. He was highly respected throughout the ward, knowing most of the residents by name.”
