More than 250 people waited more than four hours in A&E in the seven days to Sunday, May 11, new figures show.

In total, 253 out of 2,489 people waited more than four hours to be admitted, discharged or transferred at Oxford’s John Radcliffe and Banbury’s Horton General hospitals. It means Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust saw 89.8 per cent within four hours that week, against a national target of 95 per cent.
