AFTER emergency talks Oxfordshire County Council has arranged for a skeleton peak hour service to run tomorrow on the No 700 Oxford hospitals park-and-ride service.

The current operator RH Buses is stopping operating this evening and is expected to go into administration tomorrow.

The Oxford Bus Company will operate services from Water Eaton park-and-ride to the hospitals in Headington at 6.50am, 7.10am, 7.50am, 8.10am and 9am, with return services from the John Radcliffe Hospital to Water Eaton at 3.30pm, 4.10pm, 4.30pm, 4.50pm, 5.10pm, 5.50pm, 6.30pm and 7.05pm.

RH Transport season tickets will be accepted on these services.

In addition, Stagecoach will extend some route S5 services to the hospitals, leaving Water Eaton at 6.25am, 7.30am and 8.30am but RH passes will not be valid on any Stagecoach-operated services. Return S5 services will leave the JR at 3.58pm, 5.03pm and 6.08pm.
