Nasser Soud Al-Farhan, 22, of Stonebridge Road, Steventon, admitted neglecting or refusing to stop a vehicle when directed to do so by a policed constable in High Street, Steventon, on December 23. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for six months.
