A 20-year-old man has admitted possessing an axe in public.
Samuel Harvey, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday and admitted possessing an article with a blade or point.
The incident took place on April 25.
Harvey was bailed to be sentenced on September 7.
