A 34-year-old man has denied raping a schoolgirl in Oxford eight years ago.
Daniel Barrett appeared at Oxford Crown Court yesterday charged with raping a 15-year-old girl off Barracks Lane, Cowley, in 2004.
Barrett, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, denied the charge and was remanded in custody before his September 24 trial.
