People convicted of offences at Magistrates' Courts around the county recently BANBURY Colin Macnee, 60, of Clay Hill Close, Enstone, admitted drink-driving on June 1. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £430, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
Christopher Rawlings, 28, of Campden Close, Witney, admitted drink-driving on May 27. Had 69 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for three years.
Sean Hendon, 41, of The Crescent, Bicester, admitted making a false representation in regard of Job Seeker’s Allowance on November 2. Given a four-week curfew and told to pay £50 costs.
David Field, 43, of Burwell Drive, Witney, admitted taking a car without consent, driving without insurance and driving without a licence in Burwell Drive on May 31. Fined £160, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs. Given six penalty points.
