A34 remains blocked

The A34 northbound is blocked after a car transporter overturned.
Police were called just after 4pm to reports of a Scania transporter overturning on the northbound carriageway between Beedon and East Ilsley.
The driver was taken to hospital but his injuries were not believed to be serious.
Police are still on the scene.
