JACEK KAPICA, 43, of Morton Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on February 18 this year with 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BRYAN TRIGGS, 31, of Corn Bar, Witney, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol, 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on February 19 this year in Witney. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JACK CANNON-DARBY, 25, of Charterhouse Close, Brackley, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford with 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath on February 18 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £576. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £230.

TYEESHA ROBINSON, 36, of Arnold Road, Oxford, was found guilty to one count of assault by beating on April 10 last year. Robinson was given a community order to complete eight days of rehabilitation activity and to pay £50 in compensation and a fine of £100. There were court costs of £200.

SCOTT TUTTY, 39, of Ludlow Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Botley on August 24 last year. He was fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

GARETH DILLEY, 39, of Woodgate Close, Wantage, indicated guilty to being in possession of a knife on January 12 this year in Brook Lane, Witney as well as one count of failing to provide a specimen for testing on the same day after being suspected of having committed a Road Traffic offence. He was given a community order to complete 14 days of rehabilitation activity and fined £120. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JOSEPH DALEY, 25, of Wildon Grange, Nunthorpe, pleaded guilty to damaging a Vauxhall Vicaro van on the A34 on February 19 this year to an unknown value as well as one count of failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing after being suspected of having committed a Road Traffic offence. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks, and fined £900. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £360.
