JEWELLERY has been stolen from a house in Henley after the offenders smashed a rear glass door.

The incident happened between 5.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday, November 5 at a property in Peppard Lane.

A Priority Crime Team, based in Abingdon, are now appealing for witnesses after the incident and are requesting that any residents in the area review CCTV and doorbell footage.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Priority Crime Team, Abingdon are appealing for witnesses after an incident of burglary in Henley on Thames. We are requesting residents to review CCTV and doorbell footage in the area.

“Offenders have gained access to the house by smashing a rear glass door, once inside have stolen a quantity of jewellery.”
