AN OXFORDSHIRE shop may have its licence revoked after district council officers say they caught it selling illegal smuggled tobacco in a sting operation.
Trading standards are calling for a review of the licence of International Supermarket on Banbury High Street after it said counterfeit tobacco was 'test purchased'. and seized.
The papers have been published on Cherwell District Council's website ahead of the hearing.
The meeting, which will take place next Friday August 24, will be held at 10am at the council chamber in Bodicote.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
