BANBURY MAGISTRATES

KARA PARTRIDGE, 44, of Ballards Close, Shipton under Wychwood was convicted of assaulting a man and a woman on April 2 at Witney. She was fined £1,800 and must pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £100, court costs of £620 and compensation of £50.

Damian ROBERTS, 42, Broome Way, Banbury, was convicted of stealing a Carrera Crossfire bike on October 10 at Castle Quay, Banbury, as well as a Voodoo Aizan mountain bike on October 31 at Chalker Way, Banbury. He was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and must pay compensation totalling £300, and court costs of £150.

ROBERT RODZIK, 40, of The Broadway, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance on January 28 at Charlbury. Had 90mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £750 and must pay court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 48 months.

ALICIA MATTHEWS, 59, of Chestnut Avenue, Headington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of the driver of a vehicle between June 7 and July 5, 2017, at Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £150 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LIAM ELY, 25, of Cosford Gardens, Bicester, admitted causing criminal damage by destroying plant pots to a value unknown on February 15 at Bicester. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

Carl RIGBY, 29, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on December 5 and 12 as well as failing to surrender to Banbury Magistrates’ Court and breaching the terms of a previously imposed conditional discharge. He was jailed for eight weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay court costs of £60.

ADRIAN WAY, 45, of Victoria Place, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on October 8 at High Street, Banbury as well as taking a Seat Leon vehicle without the owner’s consent. Had 69 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined a total of £631 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Callum WITTWER, 24, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a woman and obstructing and resisting a police officer in the execution of their duty at Banbury on October 3. He was made subject to a community order to include 35 days participation in the Building Better Relationships programme and a 25 days rehabilitation activity requirement and must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £350

GRZEGORZ LESIAK, 39, of Columbine Gardens, Oxford, was convicted of using a mobile phone whilst driving in Eastern Bypass Road, Oxford on November 15. Fined £166

JAMES LESLEY IAN MAZEY, 32, of Lambton Close, Oxford was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Garsington Road, Cowley on August 19. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

DANIELA MIRICA, 46, of Lucerne Avenue, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Banbury Road, Bicester on July 27. Fined £54, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

DEAN PHILIP STOKES, 48, of Northampton Road, Weston-on-the-Green was convicted of speeding at 46mph in a 30mph zone in Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney on July 4. Fined £100, £30 victim surcharge. Three penalty points.

LEDIO KOCI, 22, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford on December 24. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victm surcharge, £85 costs.

SCOTT SHERIDAN, 34, of Jerome Way, Shipton-on-Cherwell, admitted possessing a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of CS gas in Shipton-on-Cherwell on September 23. Sent to prison for 16 weeks, suspended for 24 months. £115 victim surcharge, £85 court costs.

MATTHEW BOWLES, 35, of Giles Road, Littlemore, admitted criminal damage to a windscreen of a coach worth £591.40 belonging to Stagecoach and using threatening and abusive words or behaviour towards a man in Oxford on July 31. 200 hours unpaid work, £641.40 compensation.

TERESA ROSALIE KING, 41, of the Avenue, Bloxham, admitted stealing DVDs worth £54.95 from WHSmith in Castle Quay, Banbury on January 29. Jailed for eight weeks, £115 victim surcharge.

STANISLAW SZYHCZYK, 55, of Cricket Road, Cowley, admitted drink-driving in Cricket Road, Oxford. Had 99mcg or alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the limit of 35mcg. 100 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for 24 months.

JASON SIDNEY WOLSTENCROFT, 48, of Bridge Street, Banbury, admitted harassing a woman by contacting her and entering her home despite being under a restraining order preventing him from doing so in Bloxham on January 28. Jailed for 10 weeks, suspended for 18 months. £115 victim surcharge.

PATRICK EDMUND O’CONNOR, 66, of Hamfield, Wantage admitted failing to notify Vale of White Horse Council on a change of circumstances which would affect entitlement to housing benefit. 80 hours unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

MATTHEW JONATHAN WEBB, 36, of no fixed address, admitted possessing cocaine in Abingdon on November 2. Fined £100, £30 victim surcharge.

ANDREY KAFICA, 28, of Dodgson Road, Oxford, admitted depositing controlled waste, namely garden furniture, wooden frames and cardboard boxes in Peep O’Day Lane, Abingdon on June 5. Fined £1,800, £201.42 compensation, £1076.75 costs.
