BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

JAROSLAW SZKLARSKI, 50, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with a community order by not attending an unpaid work requirement on October 22 and October 29. He was ordered to continue and must pay a £100 fine and court costs of £30.

NEIL HARSE, 45, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 74 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Bampton on May 12. He was fined £162 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200 and he is disqualified from driving for 20 months.

GAVIN EMBERTON, 40, of Nicholas Avenue, Old Marston, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by contacting the woman named in the order between September 26 and October 8 at Oxford. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £200.

ADIL BAHAR, 23, of Grimsbury Drive, Banbury, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis at Grimsbury Drive on November 17. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and the cannabis was destroyed.

WILLIAM BECKETT, 18, of Chesterton, Oxfordshire, admitted stealing one bottle of Disaronno valued at £10 from Sainsburys, Bicester, on September 22. He was given a conditional discharge for 6 months and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

IVAN CURTIS, 39, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, admitted stealing a debit card from a woman on August 17 at Boxhedge Road and fraud by false representation by using the card. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £21.99 and a victim surcharge of £30.

JASON LAPPER, 44, of Bicester Road, Launton, admitted possessing a quantity of heroin on July 24 at Banbury. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40 and the heroin was destroyed.

TIMOTHY REED, 52, of Church Enstone, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 105 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Chipping Norton on November 15. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work over the next 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JOSEPH SANTOS, 30, of Rochford Gardens, Bicester, admitted stealing five bottles of Vodka from Sainsburys, Bicester, on November 16. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £40.

BEN WEBBER, 37, of Valentia Close, Bletchingdon, admitted stealing meat valued at £32 from Co-Op, Bicester, on June 26 and also stealing meat valued at £69.50 from Sainsburys, Bicester, on October 17. He was fined £200 and must pay compensation of £32 and court costs of £85

DECLAN PEART, 20, of Reedmace Road, Bicester was convicted of speeding at 50mph in Sunderland Avenue, Oxford on September 14, exceeding the limit of 30mph. He was fined £280 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also given five points on his licence.

AAMENA SHAN, 23, of Oxford Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance or a licence in Banjo Road, Cowley on September 3. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. She was also given six points on her licence.

ARRON STANIFORD, 26, of Sedgemoor Drive, Thame, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver suspected to have committed a crime. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.

JOHN STEAR, 34, of Edward Street, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Beargarden Road, Banbury on June 13. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also given six points on his licence.

IMOGEN ROBINSON, 20, of Carswell Circle, Upper Heyford, was convicted of speeding at 67mph in the A34 trunk road, Botley Interchange, Oxford on April 12. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. She was also given three points on her licence.

GARY CLARKE, 52, of Greenwood Grove, Marcham, was convicted of speeding at 60mph in the A34 Trunk Road, Botley Interchange, exceeding the limit of 50mph. He was fined £266 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also given three points on his licence.

AIMEE PETTINGER, 31, of Lord Fielding Close, Banbury admitted using a mobile phone while driving in Bretch Hill, Banbury on May 19. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. She was also given six points on her licence.

THOMAS SOUTHAM, 28, of St Michael's Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding at 44mph in Marston Road, Oxford on April 29, exceeding the limit of 30mph. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualifed from driving for six months.

JASON STANDEN, 41, of Denchworth Road, Wantage, was convicted of failing to give information relating to a driver alleged to have committed an offence in Banbury between April 5 and May 3. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

SADIQ SALIM, 28, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford was convicted of driving a vehicle with laminate flooring sticking out of the rear passenger door in St John Street, Oxford on February 18. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £640.

KEUNSU HAN, 42, of Banbury Road, Oxford was convicted of failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have committed an offence between April 24 and May 22. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
