THE Lions Club of Witney presented a new heart machine to the town’s ambulance service.
The £4,000 defibrillator, an updated version of those already in use, was handed over at the club’s ox roast at Witney Feast in 1988.
Lions’ president Martin Winstone, centre, is pictured with, left to right, David Walker, Maxine Tabberer and Shaun Simpson, of the ambulance service, and Madeleine Radburn, from the League of Friends.
