BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

YONG CHEN, 47, of Sparsey Place, Oxford, admitted speeding on the A34 southbound at Wytham on October 27 and again on November 7. She was fined £100 for each offence and must pay court costs totalling £170 and a victim surcharge of £30. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points for each offence.

JOHN BROADWAY, 56, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing a bottle of wine valued at £10 from Tesco, Abingdon, and racially aggravated behaviour on August 21. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £45.

QASIM HUSSAIN, 31, of Hurst Street, Oxford, admitted fraud by false representation by fraudulently using a bank card for personal gain on five occasions in Cowley, Oxford, on August 16. He was given a six-week jail term, suspended for 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £115 and court costs of £85

WAYNE WHEELER, 36, of Westfield Road, Witney, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on August 4 at Ducklington Road, Witney, with 60 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

LOUISE BRAMLEY, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with a sexual offenders register order by failing to re-register weekly on May 31 at Banbury. She was given a conditional discharge for 18 months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85

ALEXANDER CLIFTON, 19, of Hook Norton, Oxfordshire, admitted obstructing an officer in the execution of their duty on August 22 at Clarks Row, Oxford, and possession of cannabis. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as court costs of £45. The cannabis was also forfeited and destroyed.

JONATHAN EUSTACE – KING, 20, of Portland Road, Oxfordshire, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to comply with an unpaid work requirement between July 27 and August 3 at Banbury. He was ordered to continue and fined £50.

NEIL MANLEY, 26, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle without a licence and without third party insurance at Southam Road, Banbury on March 29. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. He was also disqualified from driving for 6 months.

ROSS HAMILTON, 33, of Ballards Close, Shipton under Wychwood, admitted beating a man at Sheep Street, Burford, on May 28. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

ANGELA HOBBS, 54, of Colwell Drive, Witney, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on February 1 at Long Hanborough. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ALAN HOLLAND, 20, of Hanborough Road, Eynsham, was convicted of aiding another to drive a vehicle without third party insurance or a licence on April 20 at Mallard Drive, Witney. He was fined a total of £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed by six penalty points.

MALCOLM HURT, 55, of Carterton, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance, a valid test certificate and a driving licence on April 19 at Carterton. He was fined £300 for the insurance offence and £50 each for the test certificate and licence offence. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85, and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

GARY OLEINIK, 38, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, was convicted of speeding at Abingdon on April 21 by driving 99 mph in a 70 mph area. He was fined £415 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

REBECCA PULLIN, 32, of Cherry Close, Kidlington, was convicted of a driving a vehicle without third party insurance on April 3 at Oxford. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ABUOBYDA RADI, 57, of The Holt, Abingdon, was convicted, of using a vehicle with the ply or chord of a rear tyre exposed at Abingdon on April 10. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

DANIEL SELWOOD, 25, of Ashbury, Oxfordshire, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and a valid road test certificate at Wantage on March 21. He was fined £660 for the insurance offence and £220 for the test certificate offence, and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ROGER SMART, 48, of Cherry Tree Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 43 mph in a 30 mph area, and not wearing a seatbelt on March 16 at Culham. He was fined £200 for speeding and £100 for not wearing the seat belt. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

DEBORAH SPICER, 50, of Hawksworth Close, Wantage, was convicted of speeding at Steventon on April 7 at a speed exceeding 30 mph. She was fined £370 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
