BANBURY MAGISTRATES

SARFRAZ HUSSAIN, 24, of no fixed abode, was convicted of driving through a red traffic signal at the Southern-Bypass, Oxford, on December 18. He was fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £300. Driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

TODD SHAYLER, 28, of Raymond Road, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 56mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Woodstock on July 27, and driving while disqualified and without third party insurance. He was given a community order including 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

ROBERT LOMAS, 55, of Valentia Close, Bletchingdon, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 90mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Kirtlington on June 28. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40. Disqualified from driving for 23 months.

CRAIG DWYER, 30, of Goldsmiths Lane, Wallingford, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance at Broadway, Didcot on January 20. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for six months.

BARBARA CZYKIETA, 34, of The Orchard, Banbury, admitted speeding on the A34 southbound at Wytham, on November 10. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

HYWELL RICHARDS, 47, of Vineyard, Abingdon, admitted breaching a restraining order by attending an address at Longcot, Oxfordshire, on August 16. Fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

BARRY FOSTER, 39, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted possession of heroin and cannabis and driving with 598 mg cocaine in his blood at Carterton on April 24. Also admitted possessing heroin on August 16 at Banbury Police Station. Given a conditional discharge for 12 months, fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30. He was also disqualified from driving for 16 months.

MATTHEW GRAHAM, 39, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing £198 worth of beauty products from Marks and Spencers, Queen Street, Oxford on August 15 and breaching a previous suspended sentence. Jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

BENIAMIN DUMITRU, 41, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit with 50Mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance at Bretch Hill, Banbury, on July 21. Fined £250 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 14 months.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES

Darren Brent Edmunds, 43, of Thorney Leys, Witney, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit in Wantage on May 21 2017. Edmunds gave a reading of 81mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Fined £500. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £610. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 20 months.

Deborah Amiri-Bigvaawd, 46, of Blenheim Road, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information to the identification of a driver or rider of a vehicle when required on March 20 2017 in Banbury. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Daniel Clifford, 37, of Coltsfoot Leyes, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver or rider of a vehicle when required to on April 24 2017 in Banbury. Fined £660. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Aneta Renata Nizio, 30, of London Road, Postcombe, Thames, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver or rider of a vehicle when required to between March 17 2017 and April 14 2017 in Banbury. Dawn Liza McHugh, 42, of Welford Gardens, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a woman who was a studen paramedic at South Central Ambulance Service by beating her on June 8 2017 in Abingdon. Discharged conditionally for six months. Ordered to pay compensation of £30.
