Natalie Winstone, 30, of Heyford Hill Lane, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Littlemore, Oxford, on December 28. Had 111 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work and to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 26 months.

Mark Webb, 31, of Bovingdon Road, Carterton, convicted in his absence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver or rider of a vehicle in Banbury between February 27 and March 27 last year. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge, as well as £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Katy Surman, 27, of Willow Drive, Bicester, convicted in her absence of speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on April 22 last year. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

James Brown, 58, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two bottles of wine worth £9.98 from Tesco in Oxford on August 28. Discharged conditionally from 12 months and ordered to pay £4.99 compensation and a £15 victims’ surcharge.

Catherine McGuigan, 43, of Breach Farm, Wheatley Road, Stanton St John, convicted in her absence of speeding at 42mph in a 30mph zone in Bayswater Road on April 15 last year. Fined £440, ordered to pay a £44 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Simon Cooper, 46, of Glebe Gardens, Grove, Wantage, convicted in his absence of using a handheld mobile phone or device while driving in Oct Street, Abingdon, on April 23 last year. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Jacqueline Brown, 43, of East Street, Didcot, admitted failing to provide a specimen of breath at Abingdon Police Station on October 11 last year. Fined £160 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £135 Crown Prosecution Service costs. Driving licence endorsed with 10 points.

Robert Albiniak, 28, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, on February 24 last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Laszlo Toth, 39, of Druce Way, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in the A41 Oxford Road, Bicester, on June 21 last year. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. Also ordered to pay £85 costs and handed a three-month driving ban.

Patrick McFarlane, 53, of Emperor Gardens, Oxford, admitted possessing heroin and crack cocaine in Luther Street, Oxford, on October 23. Also admitted failing to appear at Oxford Magistrates Court on December 11, having been released on bail from Oxford Police Station on November 25. Ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge.

Mark Shaw, 27, of Spencer Crescent, Oxford, admitted criminally damaging a Mercedes car in Oxford on November 20. Fined £330 and ordered to pay a £33 victims’ surcharge and £620 costs. Also handed a restraining order against the victim and another person to last until January 10, 2017.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

Kim Collery, 58, of Tanners Court, Charlbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Charlbury on August 6. Made subject to an exclusion order banning him from entering Bell Hotel, Church Lane, Charlbury, for 12 months. Fined £405 and ordered to pay £150 compensation, a £41 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Joseph Platt, 43, of Jersey Road, Oxford, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in A338, East Hanney, on February 17. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Fane Robarobalevu, 39, of Acacia Avenue, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in Ock Mill Close, Abingdon, on April 16. Fined £375 and ordered to pay a £38 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Carl-Jon Wilkins, 42, of Lilac Way, Carterton, admitted failing to comply with a red light at Thornhill Park and Ride, London Road, Oxford, on February 20. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

James Kear, 25, of Appleford Drive, Carterton, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Eynsham Road, Oxford, on February 20. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.

Stuart O’Brien, 37, of Farmers Close, Witney, admitted using a mobile phone while driving in Bridge Street, Witney, on February 28. Fined £165 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Connor Baker, 21, of Butlers Drive, Carterton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Upavon Way, Carterton, on Christmas Day. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Lee, 36, of Prospect Road, Banbury, admitted stealing a radio worth £49.99 from Robert Dyas in Banbury High Street on November 24.

Also admitted failing to answer bail at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on December 23 having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. Sent to prison for 28 days and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.

Matthew Pratley, 42, of Church Road, Chipping Norton, admitted criminally damaging a Vauxhall Corsa to the value of £23.95 in Chipping Norton High Street on October 12.

Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Chipping Norton on the same date. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £23.95 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Liam Bates, 30, of Stratford Road, Drayton, near Banbury, admitted failing to stop after a road accident where another person was injured in Wimborne Avenue, Banbury, on January 16, 2015.

Also admitted failing to report the accident and driving without due care and attention. Fined £385, ordered to pay a £23 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with eight points.

Liam McShane, 27, of Lancut Road, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on January 30, 2015, by failing without reasonable excuse to attend supervision sessions in November and December and failing to attend a Building Better Relationships programme in August and failing to keep in touch with a probation officer.

Given a new community order requiring participation in a rehabilitation programme for up to 30 days.

Lydia Aldworth, 33, of Kennedy House, Orchard Way, Banbury, admitted criminally damaging a door frame belonging to Sanctuary Housing to the value of £46.31 in Banbury on September 28. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £46.31 compensation and a £20 victims’ surcharge.

Samuel Cooper, 21, of Merlin Way, Langford Village, Bicester, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Sheep Street, Bicester, on December 18. Fined £245 and ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Wilkinson, 24, of Pound Lane, Sibford Gower, admitted drink-driving in Shutford Road, Shutford, on December 17. He had 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £250, ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and banned from driving for 12 months.

Busayo Ayeni, 43, of Longworth Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on the A4260 Banbury Road in Deddington on Christmas Eve. Had 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £250, ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 18 months.

Connor Baker, 21, of Butlers Drive, Carterton, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Upavon Way, Carterton, on Christmas Day. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Neil Baker, 34, of Shackleton Close, Bicester, admitted receiving stolen goods, namely electrical goods and jewellery in Bicester between September 29 and October 2. Handed a community order requiring up to 30 days’ rehabilitation treatment.

He was also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

James Collins, 21, of Thonbury Rise, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Banbury on December 12. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Michael Ohomele, 19, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted assaulting police constables Leila Dua-Henderson and Lewis Scott in the execution of their duty at Banbury Police Station on December 18 and 19. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
