Valerie Boss, 72, of Penrose Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Mold Crescent, Banbury, on October 26. Had 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Thomas Potts, 30, of Schofield Avenue, Witney, admitted drink-driving in Crawley Road, Witney, on August 24. Had 123 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Richard Markwell, 26, of Willow Way, Oxford, admitted stealing clothing worth £185 from Debenhams in Castle Quay, Banbury, on October 23. Ordered to take part in alcohol treatment for six months, pay a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.
