Paul Wyeth, 34, of Shackleton Close, Bicester convicted of entering Bicester Toys in Sheep Street, Bicester, with intent to steal on February 15. Convicted of stealing a ladies’ bike in Sheep Street on the same date. Admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on May 13 after being released on bail. Sentenced to 26 weeks in prison and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.

John Toms, 55, of Haven Vale, Wantage, admitted speeding at 41mph in a 30mph zone in Marlow Road, Henley, on August 7. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Scott Alexander, 30, of Abbey Road, Banbury, admitted stealing alcohol and food from Sainsbury’s worth £104.99 in Banbury on May 10. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Jordan Woodfield, 18, of Windrush, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Banbury on April 18. Admitted possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, in Bretch Hill, Banbury on April 26. Fined £75 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victim’s surcharge and £205 costs.

Stephen Watkins, 30, of The Green, Chesterton, Bicester, admitted stealing five DVDs from Tesco worth £106 in Lockheed Close, Banbury on November 19. Admitted failing to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on December 3 having been released on bail. Fined a £250 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.

Christopher Schweitzer, 51, of Cartmel, Bicester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a man to believe violence would be used against him on December 12. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge.

David Seager, 40, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted stealing six bottles of vodka from Co-op in Black Bourton Road, Carterton, on February 28; a Bose speaker worth £170 from PC World in Witney Market Square on March 6; champaign from Co-op in Kidlington on March 12; two tins of corn beef and five bottles of wine from Co-op in Woodstock High Street on April 2; a figurine worth £19.99 from Dentons Toys and Cycles in Witney High Street on May 2; two figurines worth £41.98 from the same shop on May 2. Admitted assaulting two women in the shop by beating them on that date. Admitted stealing four bottles of champagne from Kidlington Co-op on April 9. Admitted failing to answer bail at Banbury Police Station on April 24. Community order with six months’ drug rehab and ordered to pay £320 compensation and £150 criminal courts charge.

Dean Upton, 31, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, admitted making a threatening phone call to a woman in Banbury on March 22. Fined £235 and ordered to pay a £24 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.

Katie Louise Fenn, 48, of Old Icknield Way, Benson, near Wallingford, admitted speeding at 36mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 at Chiselhampton on July 16. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Katharine Lort-Phillips, 45, of Manor Close, Great Bourton, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone in Buckingham Road, Bicester, on July 12. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and driving licence endorsed with three points.

Marcos Clapes, 42, of Lombard Street, Eynsham, admitted speeding above the 30mph speed limit in Botley Road, Oxford, on May 6. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Denis Viner, 61, c/o Cup and Saucer, Cropredy, admitted burgling the same address in Daventry Road, Banbury, twice on October 8 and 9, taking electrical and household items. Given a 24-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months. Ordered to pay £520 compensation.

Derek Kelly, 43, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on February 20. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim’s surcharge and £45 costs.

Thomas Noble, 22, of Old Road, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Old Road, Oxford, on May 12. Jailed for 26 weeks and given a 39-month driving ban, ordered to pay an £80 victim’s surcharge and a criminal courts charge of £150.

Nina Brown, 31, of Sherwood Place, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance on the A40, Oxford, on May 16, 2014. Given a six-month driving ban and fined £600, ordered to pay a £60 victim’s surcharge and £85 costs.
