  • FRANCES HENLEY, 32, from Oxford, admitted drink driving on the A34 near Kidlington on March 1. Had 114 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 27-month driving ban and fined £610. Also told to pay a £61 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • PAUL HUGHES, 31, of The Drive, Enstone, near Chipping Norton, admitted three counts of fraud by false representation by other people’s cards to dishonestly obtain £3,460.18 cashback between February 14 last year and May 31 last year. Community order made with 200 hours of unpaid work and he was told to pay £3,460.18 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • BRENNAN MARLES, 27, of High Street, Hook Norton, near Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a Class A drug, in Banbury on February 8. Fined £240 and told to pay a £24 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • JOSEPH SANTOS, 27, of West Street, Banbury, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £1,000 and a bicycle worth £1,300 from Market Place in Banbury on August 17. Also admitted stealing a bicycle worth £150 from Lockheed Close in Banbury on August 13. A further 15 offences taken into consideration. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for two years because of his previous record of offending. Told to pay £1,003.30 compensation.

  • REZA EMAMI, 31, of Stonehill Lane, Abingdon, was convicted of using a mobile phone while driving on Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, on August 6, 2014. Fined £200 and given three points on driving licence. Also ordered to pay £85 costs.
  • MAX GOODEY, 20, of Lambrick Way, Abingdon, admitted possessing cocaine and cannabis (Class A and Class B drugs) in Vineyard, Abingdon, on January 30. Fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • LLOYD HUMPHREY, 25, of Warmans Close, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Lane, Grove, on February 26. Had 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 16-month driving ban and fined £250. Also ordered to pay a £25 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • MIGUEL MARTINI, 29, of Holton, near Wheatley, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Oxford, on February 25. Had 62 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 16-month driving ban and fined £160. Also ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • CHARLOTTE TRINDER, 30, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey and three bottles of vodka worth £146 from a Tesco store in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on February 26. Given a one-month curfew to be at home between 8pm and 6am. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £60 and £35 costs.
  • CHRISTINE HUTTON, 50, of Gordon Woodward Way, Oxford, admitted using abusive and threatening words or behaviour in Oxford on January 13. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.
  • MARTIN CLAREMONT, 56, of Addison Crescent, Oxford, admitted harassing a man by sending him three abusive Facebook messages and going to his home address between March 1 and March 5 in Oxford. Also admitted harassing another man by being verbally abusive to him between January 2 and February 28 in Oxford. Also admitted making obscene and menacing phone calls between February 21 and February 22 in Oxford. Given a two-year conditional charge and a two-year restraining order not to contact one of the victims or visit or contact the Warneford Hospital apart from in a medical emergency. Also ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • MIHALI AMARTEI, 36, of St Pauls Crescent, Botley, admitted assaulting a woman in Botley on March 14. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence for drink-driving. Given an eight-week prison sentence because the assault was committed in a domestic setting when children were present, kicking caused bruising to her ribs and it was committed while on a recently imposed suspended sentence. Also made subject to a restraining order banning contact with his victim and told to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.
  • ALGIRDAS BAGDONAS, 30, of Benson Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer in Nowell Road, Rose Hill, on March 1. Also admitted damaging cell walls in Abingdon police station on the same date. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a total of £115 compensation, a £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • ADAM CONNOLLY, 25, of Roman Way, Grove, admitted drink-driving in Limborough Road, Wantage, on February 28. Had 68 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £495 and ordered to pay a £50 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
  • VAUGHAN GREGORY, 67, of The Street, Ewelme, near Wallingford, admitted drink-driving in The Street on February 28. Had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
  • JOHN ALLEN, 45, of Dene Road, Oxford, admitted stealing food and alcohol worth £11 from Waitrose in Oxford on February 12. Fined £50, told to pay £11 compensation and £20 victims’ surcharge.
  • PAUL ALDRIDGE, 51, of Riverside Court, Oxford, admitted sending an electronic message that was offensive, indecent, obscene or menacing in Ivy Close, Oxford on March 1. Fined £110, ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and £40 costs.
  • ROMARIO QATJA, 20, of North Way, Oxford, was convicted of assault by beating in Oxford on July 5, 2014. Given a 12-month community order to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay £100 in compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs.
  • AARON LENTON, 23, of Brampton Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage to a computer tablet and a glass table at Evenlode Tower, Oxford, on December 16, 2014. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £15 and £85 costs.
