A 37-year-old man has been arrested after a cyclist broke his elbow in a crash in Kidlington.
He was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and failing to stop and report an accident after the incident at the junction between Banbury Road and Oxford Road on Wednesday.
A grey Nissan Almera was involved in a collision with a bicycle, causing the 39-year-old cyclist to injure his elbow and hand.
He was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital for treatment.
The arrested man has been bailed until Friday, December 5.
