A MAN is set to appear at Banbury Magistrates Court today following reported arson attacks on cash machines in a Banbury street.
Colin Aries, of no fixed abode, faces three counts of arson and one count of arson with intent, reckless to whether life was endangered.
The 49-year-old was arrested and charged by police officers in Banbury yesterday afternoon, a Thames Valley Police spokeswoman confirmed.
Firefighters were called out to reports of three bank machines being on fire in High Street, Banbury at about 2.15am on Thursday.
The three banks affected were Santander, Yorkshire Bank and Lloyds.
