1. Richard Barnes, 35, of Wolsey Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a £25 bottle of Smirnoff Gold vodka from BP service station in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on January 28. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £25 compensation, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  2. Michael Meadows, 22, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting DVDs worth £54.97 from Matalan Stores in George Street, Banbury, on April 15. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  3. Dawid Rzepka, 28, of Danes Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Church Street, Somerton, on April 13. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
  4. Joe Yendle, 21, of Mill Street, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Mill Street, Kidlington, on February 15. Had 236 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of urine, above the legal limit of 107 micrograms. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
  5. Mark Henly, 53, of Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, admitted assault by beating in Cotswold Crescent, Chipping Norton, on March 12. Community order made with a 28-day activity requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.
  6. Callum Wittwer, 20, of Harlech Close, Banbury, convicted of assault by beating in Margaret Close, Banbury, on November 29. Community order made and told to do 120 hours of unpaid community work over the next 12 months. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs.
  7. Stephen Baxter, 44, of Centre Street, Banbury, admitted possession of Class B drugs amphetamine and cannabis in Centre Street, Banbury, on April 15. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and told to pay £40 costs and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  8. David Harle, 55, of Queensway, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Bridge Street, Banbury, on February 21. Fined £335, a £34 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
  9. Spencer Hughes-Morris, 44, of Harvest Grove, Witney, admitted using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Witney on January 6. Fined £200, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £85 costs.
  10. Adam Lee, 34, of Marshall Road, Banbury, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Banbury on December 16. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  11. Rhea Adcock, 29, of Northumberland Court, Duke Street, Banbury, admitted possession of Class B drug cannabis in Northumberland Court, Banbury, on April 16. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £45 costs.
  12. Lee McDermott, 36, of Dashwood Court, Banbury, admitted shoplifting meat worth £9 from Co-op in Banbury on April 18. Given a six-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge.
  13. Ryan Kane, 29, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted making off without paying for a £15 taxi fare in Banbury on February 9. Fined £75, £15 compen-sation, a £20 victims’ surcharge, and £40 costs.
  14. Tommy Butler, 21, of Warwick Road, Neithrop, near Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause alarm or distress at Horton Hospital, Banbury, on April 20. Fined £55 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  15. Waldemar Cyuszys, 28, of East Street, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Horsefair, Banbury, on April 19. Had 70 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35 microgram legal limit. Fined £375 and ordered to pay a £38 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
  16. Carl Mountford, 30, of Mascord Road, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man by beating him at Moo Moo nightclub on Banbury High Street on April 17. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  17. Lukasz Rychta, 34, of Woodfield, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Sussex Drive, Banbury, on April 18. Had 84 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mg. Fined £468 and ordered to pay a £47 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.
  18. Adrian Way, 41, of Victoria Place, Banbury, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by sending text messages to a prohibited person from Victoria Place on April 27, 29 and 30, and May 1. Fined £100.
  19. Adrian Beckett, 61, of Fox Close, Bampton, admitted racially or religiously-aggravated harassment with intent to cause alarm or distress at Bampton on December 19. Given a community order with a curfew between 6pm and 6am and ordered to be electronically monitored. Also ordered to pay £175 compensation.
  20. Aaron Deakin-Hars, 24, of Eversley Close, Chadlington, Chipping Norton, admitted making off without paying for petrol at Acorn Services in Park End, Faringdon, on September 4, October 22 and November 6, 2013, and January 15, 2014, and doing the same at Rodbourne Road garage in Swindon on November 26, 2013. Ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay £305.03 compensation for the petrol, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £250 costs.
  21. Kwasi Oteng, 37, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on Lockheed Close, Banbury, on April 20, with 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mg. Ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work in the next year, pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for three years.
