A DRIVER has been released without charge after a motorist drove at a woman in Banbury and injured her.
A 21-year-old woman was walking in Penrose Drive in March when she became involved in an argument with a driver, who then drove at her and damaged ligaments in her leg.
A 23-year-old man from Banbury who was arrested over the incident was released yesterday.
