Police are still hunting a man believed to be linked to two suspected armed robberies.
He attempted to take money from a till and from a customer in the Esso petrol station, Ermont Way, on Monday, March 3, at about 10pm, but left when they both refused to hand anything over.
The man then took money from the till at the Co-op store in Ferriston the following day at 8.45am. Victims told police they believed he was holding a black handgun.
No arrests have yet been made.
