Also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a valid test certificate in Abingdon Road, Didcot, on February 7. Fined £110 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and given six points on driving licence.

Alan Stockwell, 47, of Woodin’s Way, Oxford, admitted stealing a steam mop worth £99.99 from Rymans in Oxford on December 26. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for six months made on August 20 by Oxford Magistrates’ Court. Fined £75 and told to pay £99.99 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Haydn Cannon, 20, of Great Western Drive, Didcot, admitted causing criminal damage worth £83 to a computer monitor belonging to Stoneham Homegroup on December 24 in Didcot. Also admitted stealing a bottle of white wine worth £6 from the Esso petrol station in Reading Road, Henley-on-Thames. Given a 21-month prison sentence because the offences were committed while he was subject to a crown court suspended sentence.

Martin Holliday, 48, of Burdell Avenue, Sandhills, Oxford, admitted assault by beating in Larch End, Garsington, Oxford, on January 10. Community order made with 90-day domestic violence programme requirement and 24-month supervision requirement. Told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Luke Stanley, 19, of Sinodun View, Warborough, near Wallingford, admitted three counts of common assault carried out in Midwinter Avenue, Milton, Abingdon, on January 3. Community order made with six-week curfew requirement. Restraining order made preventing contact with victim and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

James Busby, 37, of no fixed address, admitted drink driving in Castle Square, Benson, near Wallingford, on September 26. Had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted failing to stop after a road accident in the same location on the same date. Given a 36-month driving ban and fined £150. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £300 costs.

Ryan Full, 22, of Bracken Close, Carterton, admitted using a vehicle with tyre that had insufficient tread, less than 1.6mm, on the A40 on September 19. Fined £80 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs. Given three points on driving licence.

Andrezj Lewandowski, 39, of Grimsbury Square, Banbury, admitted exceeding a 40mph speed limit in Station Road, Ardley, on September 9. Fined £50 and given three points on driving licence. Told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.

Colin Forbes, 50, of Lower Radley, Radley, admitted stealing three DVDs worth £56 from Asda in London Road, Wheatley, on December 28. Fined £140 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Adrian Kent, 42, of Leach Road, Berinsfield, near Wallingford, admitted causing criminal damage to a Renault in Brunstock Beck, Didcot, on February 19. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months because it was a revenge attack committed in a domestic relationship and the consequences of the damage were serious. Made subject to a one-month electronically monitored curfew. Restraining order made banning contact with victim and told to pay £200 compensation, an £80 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs.

Claire Moreley, 27, of no fixed address, admitted stealing food and alcohol worth £23.08 from Tesco in Oxford on February 5. Fined £60 and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £35 costs.

Lucasz Kolodziej, 29, of Hastings Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on December 29. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Willem Meyer, 45, of Orchard Way, Wantage, admitted dishonestly claiming income support benefit whilst employed in Wantage between October 1, 2011 and January 18, 2013. Also admitted failing to notify Vale of White Horse District Council of employment, changing entitlement to Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit and Carers Allowance between October 3, 2011 and September 3, 2012. Ordered to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work and to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.

Liam O’neil, 21, of no fixed address, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment or distress in Oxford on February 8. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, at Abingdon Police Station on February 8, and causing criminal damage to a cell door. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 in costs.

Christian Wilcox, 38, of Grove Road, Grove, admitted drink-driving in Denchworth Road, Grove, on December 3, without a licence or insurance. Had 297 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, over the legal limit of 80mg. Banned from driving for 32 months and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Lydiah Igweh, 30, of Headley Way, Headington, admitted failing to give information relating to a driver suspected of an offence to police between August 27 and September 24. Fined £400, ordered to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge and £80 costs. Banned from driving for six months.

Osman Rana, 20, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted driving on Saunders Road, Oxford, whilst disqualified and without insurance. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrate’s Court on December 9, having been released on bail from Abingdon Police Station on November 24. Also admitted driving on Bevington Road, Oxford, whilst disqualified and without insurance, and failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis to police in Oxford on October 5. Sent to prison for 24 weeks. Banned from driving for 15 months.

Michael Brock, 31, of Oxford Homeless Pathway, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting police constable Longworth in the execution of his duty in Oxford on September 20. Given a community order with a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and ordered to pay £40 compensation and a £60 victims’ surcharge.
