The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) has thanked Oxfordshire for its part in a national bird survey at the weekend.
The Big Garden Birdwatch asked people to spend an hour counting the numbers of birds they spotted of any species to build a picture of population change.
RSPB Oxfordshire spokeswoman Fenella Gerry said once all the data had been collected they would be able to understand how different birds are faring.
Results for Oxfordshire will be released in March.
